Ms Fouzia Akter is a very prominent researcher in the field of community nutrition. She has more than ten years of experience in assessing dietary diversity, quality of food, food safety and security, malnutrition, clinical nutrition, community nutrition etc. She is involved in teaching as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Nutrition and Food Engineering. Besides teaching, she is currently doing her PhD in Nutrigenomics.
Ms Fouzia has more than 20 researches and publications related to nutritional assessments and dietary diversity in various national and international journals.
