Shazneen Subah started her career as an ad-hoc qualitative researcher at The Nielsen Company. Later she pursued her MBA degree and then joined HDRC as a Research Associate. Previously, she has worked on market research, branding, advertising, report writing, prepared interview/survey questions, attended project meetings, and so on. Shazneen has interests in brand management, event marketing, client relationship management, education, gender and women, public administration, global marketing, etc. She has arranged several events and managed sponsorships during her college and university life for case competitions, job fairs, menstrual hygiene awareness campaigns, hand hygiene campaign ideas, etc.  Shazneen also supervises honors and undergraduate student research projects and coordinates seminars. She was an active member of the Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center. Throughout her time at university, she was involved with business-related organizations.

Shazneen holds a BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) and an MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree in Marketing from the University of Dhaka. Currently, she lives in Dhanmondi, Dhaka.
